^oney-Raising Dinner to Aid schwering Scholarship Award The annual exchange dinner to raise funds for the Dean lazel Schwering memorial scholarship has been set for April 4, I at bpencei. piesident of Heads of Houses, announced yes erday. 4 oday is the deadline for filing applications for the scholar ship which will go to a junior girl who would not lie able to omplete her senior year without financial aid. Those interested ire asked to submit a letter to the dean of women's office dating the extent of their need, the method and ner cent of sen-suppon, a list or school activi ties, and their cumulative and last term’s GPA. The scholarship will total $300. A contribution of ten cents per girl from each living organization par ticipating in the exchange dinner is reing asked, Miss Spencer said. Rirther funds will be raised in Portland with the help of Mrs. Per rie Dolph, influential worker for the fund. Exchange Partners Pleads of Houses, sponsors of the exchange dinner, have announced the partners. They are Alpha Chi Omega-Zeta hall; Alpha Delta Pi University house; Alpha Gamma Delta-Susan Campbell; Alpha Omi cron Pi-Delta Gamma; Alpha Phi Rebec house; Alpha Xi Delta-High land house; Chi Omega-Hendricks hall; Delta Zeta-Gamma hall; Gamma Phi Beta-Judson house; Kappa Alpha Theta-Susan Camp bell; Kappa Kappa Gamma-Hen dricks hall; Pi Beta Phi-Orides; Sigma Kappa-Zeta Tau Alpha; and Delta Delta Delta-Alpha hall. Susan Campbell and Hendricks halls will exchange with two houses each because of the large number of girls living in these organizations. Miss Spencer asks that all house presidents contact the presidents of the houses with whom they are to exchange in order to arrange for the number of girls who will par ticipate. “This dance is your chance’’— Nickel Hop. VARSITY SERVICE STATION 13th and Hilyard Streets Eugene, Oregon I Co-op Nominates, Reports on Sales Marguerite Johns and Wesley Nicholson were nominated for the sophomore position on the Co-op board at the annual meeting of the Co-op association held Tuesday at Chapman hall. Those nominated for the two jun ior posi tions were Jordis Belike, Don Dole, Joan Williams and Ann Wood worth. The nominees will be voted on at the general ASUO elections this spring. Marilyn Sage, president of the Co-op board, introduced Manager M. F. McClain who gave the annual financial report. Sales for the fiscal year from July 1945 to June 30, 1946 totaled $212,803.05. The Co-op made a net income for the year of $12,898.21. McClain said the rate of rebate for Co-op receipts for the past year has not yet been decided, but that it was likely that the board Would vote to increase it over last year's five per cent. A brief history of the Co-op was given by McClain. The present as sociation has been in existence since 1920. Wesley House Elects Spring Term Officers Election of officers was held at Wesley house last Sunday night. Spring term office holders are: president, George Gordon; vice president. Susie Michel; secretary, Carolyn Nash; treasurer, Elton Ny stro; personnel chairman, Kathy Dobson. The new committee chairman will be appointed during the next two weeks by the personnel chairman.
