Class To Hear , Labor Discussion “What Management Expects of Labor” will be the subject of Le Roy Newland’s address at a sym posium tonight at 7:30, room 107 Friendly hall. Relations between labor, manage ment, government, and the public will be considered. Other topics for the symposium have been selected. Question phrasing will be delayed until student investigation has been made. Groups will discuss educa tional institutions of the state and conditions of finance. Herman Kehrli, director of the Bureau of Municipal Research, spoke to the group Monday after noon. Belgian Chemist Joins Research Staff Appointment of Paul Delahay, Belgian chemist, as research asso ciate in chemistry has been an nounced by Dr. Pierre Van Ryssel berghe, professor of chemistry. Ex pected to arrive on the campus about November 1, Delahay will do polarographic research as an as sistant to Dr. Van Rysselberghe. Delahay has been assistant pro fessor of the University of Brussels for the last two years, and, he has worked in the Belgian university as an assistant in analytical chem istry and general chemical and gen eral chemistry. Ellen Sutherland, chairman of the group, extends an invitation for all j University students to participate ! in the discussion, which will be held from 9 to 10 p.m. Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. all mar ried couples and their families are invited to atteend the Westminster potluck supper.
