For the lead-off attraction of the
“State Fair" Weekend, the paint
ing of the “O” atop Skinner’s
butte and the cleaning of the Ore
gon seal in front of Villard hall, all
living organization presidents
should see that their underclass
men are present, Erickson said.
Each organization should have
three freshmen at the “0”-paint
ing and two freshmen at the seal
cleaning.
The two events will take place
at 2 p.m. today. Men painting the
“O” should wear old clothes and
those cleaning the seal should bring
some old rags with them.
Tug-of-War
All underclassmen are invited to
participate in the tug-of-war at
the music building Saturday at 11
a.m., Erickson stated. Each living
organization should see that five
of them members are present, he
said, and they should appear by
10:45 a.m.
