Students Are Mature
An indication of this belief in
their own maturity was clearly
stated in the large majority af
firmative answer to the questions
“Do you feel that men and women
of college age are old enough and
possess the sound judgment re
quired for the administration of
student affairs?” and “Do you
view student government adminis
tered by the students as ones of
the aims and purposes of a liberal
college education?”
In order to aid in the under
standing they desire, the cross
section opinion showed that more
information {is to just what the
boards were actually doing was
needed by the students. Majority
answer to the question “Do you
feel the students of the University
of Oregon are completely informed

'Exam Week' Theme
Of Radio Variety Show
Last Wednesday night’s Campus
Variety show, a bi-weekly program
broadcast over KOAC and KEX,
featured examination week as its
format theme. Script was written
by Ted Loud, with Bob Moran,
Paul Marcotte, John MacDonald,
Jo Schulberg and Sue Welch in the
cast.
Ted Hallock and band played
“Perdido,” “Kansas City Moods”1
and accompanied Sue Welch on
“Come to Baby Do.” The Chi
Omega trio sang “Manhattan Ser
enade” and Mike Mikshe sang
“I’m A Shy Guy.”
