Get Acquainted Co-ops’ Theme At House Mix “Getting- acquainted” will be the main theme of the girl coopera tives open house mixer to be held tonight from 8 to 10 o’clock. The mixer will include the four co-6p organizations, Rejpec House, Hil yard house, Highland house and University house. Promptly at 8 p. m. one half of each house will leave, their desti nation being another co-op house. Each group will meet the house mother and the new girls. Follow ing introductions and a getting acquainted program, the girls will be shown through the houses ‘’’after ' at a specified time they will leaye • for the next house. At 9:30 the four houses will meet at the new Hilyard House on Alder street for a half hour of speeches and entertainment. Miss Esther Paronen, president of the co-op council, and Miss Charlotte Parr, treasurer, will talk on their trip to Berkeley, California, where they attended a meeting of all co operative organizations early last summer. Responsibility for seeing that the mixer is carried out smoothly goes to Esther Paronen, president of Highland; Marietta Probst, president of University; Betty Thorpe, president of Hilyard; and Grace Edwards, president of Re bec. The evening will finish with songs and dessert. After using bath towels, spread them out on racks to dry instead of folding or bunching them. Most of the tickets for the six buses to leave Saturday morning at 11:30 have been sold, but a few are still avail able and will be sold at 1 p.m. in the Co-op today. All students who cannot obtain transportation are urged to gather at the College Side inn on Satur day morning at 9:30. There will be some room for them in trucks which will leave at approximately 10 a.m. Anyone desiring informa tion can contact Evan Sax at 3886. SURE IT'S RIGHT?
