Council Releases Fall Social Calendar,
Announces Rulings on Campus Events
The Women's Coordinating coun
"• cil, newly-activated campus board,
yesterday released the term’s
social and activity calendar, and
announced their rulings on all
campus events. Margery Skor
. dahl, president of the council,
made the following statements
concerning social functions:
1. A limit of four women’s house
dances and one man's house dance
has been placed on an evening’.
2. No more than six desserts
or open houses can be held cn any
one Wednesday evening.
3. Houses have been limited to
two open houses or desserts a term,
effective October 3. (This means
that any house that held its open
house or dessert on or before
October 3 is permitted only one
more.)
4. All exchange dinners are
executed through the AWS, and
have not been considered in the
compilation of this schedule.
The purpose of this council,
Miss Skcrdahl explained, is to aid
the dean of women’s office in mak
ing out the term calendar, so as to
permit the maximum of social
events or activities to function
with the highest degree of suc
cess.

Intramural Schedule
Seven-man football is in progress nearly every day on Howe
field. It is played wide open with a lot of passing. The games
will he played, whether it rains or shines so come oat and cheer
