Intramural Playoffs In
Final Game Of Season

Intramural Sports Editor
With the exception of the final
game between the Minks and the
Esquires, the intramural basket
ball season is over. On the whole it
has been highly successful and has
met with a great deal of enthus
iasm from the few available men
on the campus. League play has
been highlighted by upsets and
close games.
The league consisted of eight
teams bearing the names of the
different living organizations and
groups on the campus. Play was
conducted on a round-robin basis
with the five top teams vieing in
a playoff series. Winners of the
round-robin were the Minks, who
are currently tied with the Es
. quires for the playoff honors.
These two teams will now play to
f
determine the undisputed intra
murals champs.
All-Stars
At a recent meeting of the
sports staff, All-Star selections
were made. The men selected were
picked for their sportsmanship as
well as team and individual per
formances. The field was narrowed
after much deliberation to a first
and second team with several men
making honorable mention. The
selections are as follows:

Finals Loom as Term Ends
Less than two weeks remain before students begin the final ex
aminations which mark the end of the term. The tests will be given
Monday through Friday, March 19-23 as printed on the time schedule
of classes.
