IT End of Student Shooting* In Sight at UO Hospital New students who have visited the “Tonic Palace” these last few days might like to know a little more about the facilities. Probably of most interest is the fact that the little man in white, aiming a squirt gun with a needle in it at their arms, will be finished with this task within a few days. This fact alone should bring the color back into pale faces. The palace is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The early closing hour is to permit sick call for the soldiers. The hospital staff is anxious for students to accommo date themselves to these hours so students should he caretui or ear ing green apples or catching colds after 3:30. The staff lost four nurses this year. Two of these were to Dan Cupid and one to the army. Only three nurses have been employed to fill the gap left by these four, so they are-still looking for a nurse to work at least half a day. Be cause of the shortage students should make it a point to keep themselves in good health, empha sized Dr. Miller. Excellent food is provided by an also excellent, cook and assistant, according to the doctor. WRITE HIM! on your own personalized stationery Valley Printing & Stationery Co. 76-82 W.
