Asked whether the personnel ,
work might not interfere with her:

ted that she did not know but that
she “likes to work with people,
anyway."

Two summers ago Mick went to
Annapolis for June Week and
spent some time in Washington,
D, C,, and other points east.
“Oh yes, it was fun and it was
exciting,” she said, “but I like the
West and I’d rather live down in
Carmel on the ranch than any
where else.”
Next-Year
Next year when Mick returns to
the campus to take on the new re
sponsibilities of president of the
Associated Woman Students she
will stall the work with plans al- j
' ready mapped out in advance. The j
I blueprints are ready:
"We are planning to begin a
; Frosh Council program this sum
mer which we hope will help orien
( late freshman girls arriving on the
campus in September. There has j
| been some criticism of the present j
system and many suggestions have j
been made for improvement. With
the fine council I have to work with
: I feel confident that next year will I

I history of AWS.
