Sing” weekend of 1942 is stream
lining everything that has been
done in the past. With this note

royal gowns are selected. Queen
Ellie I will lead the coronation
march dressed in a white percale
dress. Adding that important
touch is a white cotton lace bod
ice. It contrasts her slim waist
with the many yards in the skirt.
Princesses Milodene Goss and
Margaret Sleeper will be very
decorative when they appear in
their white percale dresses with
blue rickrack trim. The square
necklines of the dresses makes
them smarter than smart. Prin
cesses Frances Cox and Dorothy
Greer’s dresses are also white

the Week, small, genuine Eleanor Sederstrom.
With a friendly smile and a pleasant, "Won't you come in? I
just got back from a first aid meeting,” "Sedie” led the way upstairs

Prom Minnesota
She is living out of her sorority,
Alpha Phi, this year, with two
other Alpha Phis and a Gamma
Phi—“It’s just like a small soror
ity here. We have our own sere
nades and everything.”
^From Salem, where she has
lived for nine years, "Sedie” came
originally from Minnesota.
“Bridge, collecting records and
horses,” she stated matter-of
factly as her outside interests.
About the pig banks reposing
on her bureau, she said, “I have
four of them—oh, three, now! I
broke the other one.”
Music Lover, Too
“Records? I sort of like the in-1
between type—Strauss waltzes
especially. My favorite record is
‘Moonlight on the Campus'.” Go
ing toward her record player, she
asked, “Do you want to hear it ?
It’s beautiful.”
Against the strains of "Moon
light on the Campus,” she wryly
said, “I like too many things.
That’s the trouble. Too many hob
bies—too many things I want to
do—”
“Things I don’t like?” She
paused, hunched her shoulders,
and quickly declared, “I. don’t like
rainy spring ter-rms—especially
my last one.”
“Statement about men?” She
laughed, engagingly, then de
clared, “Let’s just leave that out.”
As to future plans, “It’s sort of
up in the air as yet.” She has a
retailing scholarship to New York
University for one year, or she
could work at merchandising in
Portland, which she would rather
do, to be nearer home.
With a helpless laugh, she add
er, “I can't think of another thing
to tell you. You’ve heard all
about my life in ten minutes.”
