STAN ANDERSON lindsay McArthur ERA (GODFREY) BANKS LYLE McCROSKEY WILBUR CARL as officers of the A.S.U.O., filed articles in corporating the University Co-operative Store in 1920. For twenty-one years the Co-op, started without a cent of capital has functioned through depression and prosperity. Now, at the age of maturity, it is better qualified to give efficient service to students, faculty and alum ni than ever before. Student owned and stu dent controlled, with a definite profit sharing policy, the motto of the store has always been, “Economical and courteous service.” The Oregon students are truly grateful to these five far-sighted founders of this service institution.
