Intramural Water Polo StartsToday Throe Games Scheduled For Soft-hall League In Men’s Gym A.T.O. Meets S.A.E., First Match; Others Follow The intramural water polo season will formally bn opened at. 4:30 this nfternoon in the men’s gymnasium tank when the A. T. O. splashers will flash with the N. A. E. pnd dlers. At 5 o’clock Della Epsilon will meet I’hi Sigma Kappa, and at 7 o’clock Sigma Nil will meet I’hi Delta Theta. All these games will be played under the inter-collegiate soft ball rules. On Thursday the International league, which plays hard ball polo, will play at 4:.'!0 p. m. when Beta Theta I’i meets the Independents. At 5 p. m. the same day T’hi Kappa Psi will meet T’hi Gamma Delta, and at 7 p. m. Phi Sigma Kappa will meet A. T. O., and immediately fol lowing Kappa Sigma will meet Sig ma Nu. The varsity hard ball teams will also compete today and Thursday afternoons, the games being called at 4 p. m. in the men’s gym tank. Today Captain Prank Walton’s Whites, playing the second game of the series, will meet Captain Mac down n Miller’s Reds. Last Tues day Walton’s team beat Miller’s 8 to 4. At 4 p. m. on Thursday Cap tain Chet Floyd’s Blues will meet the Whites, Bristol Helps Install Y. M. Cabinet at O.S.C. Alson Bristol, former president of the campus Y. M. C. A., was in Cor vallis last week to help in the in stallation of the new Y. M. cabinet of the Oregon State organization, of which John Boomer is president. Heads and representatives from church and other religions organi zations were invited, Mr. Bristol at tending as chairman of the North west Student Field Council of the Y. M. C. A. Tugman To Speak Tomorrow William M. Tugman, managing editor of the Eugene Guard, will speak to all journalism students at 10 o’clock Wednesday morning in 105 Journalism building on “The Importance of Being Good-natured as Well as Earnest in Editorial Com ment,” it was announced yesterday by Eric W.
