    SIGMA NU WINS TITLE
IN HANDBALL TOUflNEY
Oregon Club Defeated In
Final Contest
The scrappy Sigma Nu team
wrested the doughnut handball title
from Oregon club in the final play
off game this week. This gave the
Sigma Nu’s the honor of holding
the championship belt for the en
suing year.
The winners, Ed. Taylor and Ru
pert Bullivant, took the long end
of the score with comparative ease,
the final count being 21-12; and
21-5. This contest ended the dough
nut handball tournament for this
year.
Both teams downed their respec
tive opponents by impressive scores
throughout the schedule. In the
semi-final games Sigma Nu took a
win from Kappa Delta Pi by a 21
15, and 21-12 score. Oregon club
claimed a victory over Sigma Pi
Tan by trouncing them 21-19, and
21-3.
Handball concludes the doughnut
sports for this term, but baseball
and track will start immediately af
ter the opening of the spring term.
The majority of organizations have
already signified their intention of
entering these sports. The game
schedule is being arranged.
