The Hendricks hull basketball team
won a 46 to 5 victory over the Eugene
high school girls team in the first game !
of the season in the high school gym- i
inasium Wednesday evening. The Hen-1
dricks girls had the upper hand tbrough
ont the game, the score being easily run
’up by the forwards. Lynetta and Vern
ietta Quinlan, twin sisters. Miss Maud
iLombard, physical education instructor
in the Eugene schools, was referee. The
Hendricks hall team will take part in
the girls doughnut games and its mem
bers are: Helen King, and Agnes Chris- |
tie, centers, Vernetta and Lynetta Quin- !
