In the main gym the Sigma Chi quintet out pointed the speedy Del's 10-15, and the Sigma Xus were returned victors over the Phi Delts 11-4. The games yesterday unearthed some very promising basketball material. Bovard, Dean of the School physical education, and Miss Robertson, University nurse have been investigating the ventilation in the library and have found a way in which they think that the air in the library can he kept fresh. The temperature which facilitates! study is about 65 degrees. The. electric j fans are found to have a greater effort when the -windoxvs near them are closed. If the windows are open the fresh air I is forced out of the room as soon as it: enters and is wasted. The fresh air will enter through the front doors and the windows in the back of the library which will be open. The fans will be kept inn* niug all of the time.
