The remainder will be ready for approval at the next meeting in May. The “O" men are determined to kepi their scholarship up during the entire year. Coach Bezdek offered a sugges I lion that a man in -»uoh branch of sport attend to the grades of the men out for that sport. The o'Her acted favorably on the suggestion and will immediately get in touch with the faculty concerning the letter men's grades. “I wouia iike to see the grades of the “O” men compiled .ogether at the end j of each semester,” said Coach Bezdek in commenting upon the matter. ‘‘I am j quite sure they would measure up to the j average house standings. AND BETTER SERVICE OHE Linn Drug Store is a growing institution—it is alive—it not only keeps pace with the demands of the public but anticipates its every need, and thereby holds its place high in the estimation of the people. By keeping the confidence of the public the Linn Drug company has grown to such an extent that it was impossible for one man to oversee the entire business, to give each and every department that attention that it needed to keep up its growing record. In order to give better service and to promote the interests of the concern it became necessary to secure the services of an expert to share in the management of the businss. By dividing the responsibility and bringing in more capital at the same time there is opportunity to continue to grow and to further anticipate the demands ol the people of Eugene and vicinity. Mr. Stanley Stevenson, formerly of Portland, was found to be the man for the pla e and he has therefore purchased a half interest in the Linn Drug company. He will have active charge ol the prescription department and will look alter the detail of that department. Mr. O. B. Pennington will have charge of the perfumes, kodaks, toilet articles and sundries. With this organization it is hoped to make this the store with homelike and hospitable atmosphere, the store which is lib AIM Prescription Department When having prescriptions filled, consider the re liability and integrity of the' firm, also their ability to furnish the drugs and compound them properly.
