Lieutenant Swartzkopensky, the Rus sian political prisoner who made a thridl ing escape from confinement in Siberia has presented the student body with, a large American flag. The flag will > officially received by President Lauvar Tooze. Friday night he appeared before the annual Sigma Delta Chi smoker and presented some first-hand information on Russian politics and the revolutionary movement there.
