TEAM LOOKS GOOD TO GRIFFITH Idaho Football Coach Thinks Pullman Should Get Championship Moscow, Idaha, Oct. 13.——“W. S. C. looks like Northwest champions to me,” said Coach Griffith in com menting on. the showing made by Bender’s bunch against the Bremer ton Navy team. "Bremerton has a good team,” he continued, “and if Bender’s bunch keeps that clip up they are likely to nose out Dobie in the race for the championship.” In commenting further “Pink” stated that Bender’s new men were show ing class and that there are at least five men in the W. S. C. line-up who are all-northwest material. Those are: Alvoid, tackle; Harter boys, cen ten and guard Tyler, end, and Cap tain Coulter, half., The latter is do ing fine kicking and is a man to be ( watched. With this bunch to go up against, and considering the show ing they made against Bremerton, it begins to look like there was go ing to be trouble for Idaho when she meets her old rival on October 17th.—University Argonaut. Director I. M. Glen of the Uni versity of Washington glee club, has a club of twenty-four men, twelve of whom are over six feet tall.
