Coach Dolan’s prospective football champions at the Oregon Agricultural College, will again travel south to meet the Occidental College eleven next fall in an attempt to capture all coast honors in the pigskin game. The game has been definitely set for Thanksgiving day, and with the 0. A. C. faculty approving the trip, the southern contest is practically as sured. Occidental is one of the few col leges in California that is still adher ing to to the American style of foot ball, and in order to keep up interest in the game, an attempt is made to bring in outside teams each year. The southern institution has for sev eral years attempted to arrange games with the University of Oregon eleven, but because of conflicts or faculty objection, it has always been impossible to play. Miss Katherine Vernon, of the Ore gon Agricultural College, was visit ing relatives and friends in Eugene on Easter Sunday. The Vanderbilt faculty has refused to allow the freshmen of that insti tution to wear green caps as a color distinction. In this case the faculty turned down a measure which the entire student body, from seniors down to freshmen, has indorsed. All men who have represented Purdue University in athletics for two years will be given a gold medal upon graduation. “Merode” Underwear “Onyx” Hosiery MOUSQUETAIRE 'nSILK' Gloves P0U3LE TIPPED Three things to remember in buying silk gloves: ist.
