queen of Bethel No. 18, presided
at the meeting at which Lou-
ella Mclsaac, grand guardian!
of the state of Oregon, and Har
ry Smith, grand associate
guardian of the state, made
their official inspection of the
bethel following a potluck din
ner in their honor.
Initiation was held for Joyce
Bucnanan, rem Mast and Cher
yl Wilson.
Harold Mclsaac, grand sen
ior custodian, explained to the
bethel that a portion of the pro
ceeds of the bethel's candy sale
would be sent to the Leukemia
Research at the University of
Oregon Medical School.
Introduced and given honors
were Milly Doud, Eva Feero,
Miles reero, Harold Mclsaac,
Nanci Henry and Mrs. Scott
Graber.
Caroleen - Campbell received
the bracelet for excellent work
Concluding the meeting was
an addendum to honor the
grand guardians.

A CHARMING STYLE SHOW is planned for'the evening of Nov. 20 to be held
at the Elks Terrace Ballroom to raise funds for a sheltered workshop to be
sponsored by the Douglas County Association for Retarded Children. The public
is cordially invited to enjoy the style Show ond evening's entertainment of cards.
