property. The property is describ

Douglas county.

ings to be destroyed along with
their contents and caused damage
to a watersupply system for the
mining property. The mining prop
erty involved, according to the
complaint, is located in sections
33 and 34, township 29 south, range
2 west, Willamette Meridian,
Douglas county.
