Bob Franks, who has 3 ranch near Glide, this week picked a banona squash 38 inches long which weighed 54 pounds. Franks doesn't know if it's a record for this variety, but he knows it's pretty big. (News-Review photo) Jamboree Slated By Buckeroo Club The Buckeroo Square Dance Club is holding its ninth annual square dance jamboree this coming week end at the Buckeroo Barn. All square dancers are invited to dance to the calling of 2t fine callers and to the music of Kddiei "K" and his orchestra at the Buck-1 eroo Barn. Dancing Saturday night will start at 8:30 p ill. and onj Sunday festivities will start at 1 p.m. and last until 5 p.m. The Amaranth Club will serve breakfast in the Masonic Hall din ing room Sunday from 8 a.m. until noon to the many out of-towners expected and to local dancers wish ins to join them.
