Wee Jamboree set for 7 p.m. Satur
day at Finlay Field.
Score will he kept on a North
versus South basis, with the accu
mulative score for (he entire eve
ning's action deciding the winner.
Competing for thc North will be
the teams from Riverside. Benson,
Wilbur and llucrest grade schools,
while thc South contingent will he
made up of the teams from Fuller-:
ton IV, Green, Rose, Fir Grove
and Melrose.

football conferences operating in
Oregon.
In Ihe Northwest Conference the
key game will pit Willamette
against College of Idaho. Thc
game will be at Caldwell, Idaho,
Saturday afternoon.
College of Idaho came up with
unexpected strength last weekend,
downing Pacific 32 0. It will be
Ihe first conference game for Wil
lamette, a preseason favorite to
challenge Linfield for the confer
ence title.
Linfield will be host to Chico
Stale in a non-conference game
Saturday night. Lewis and Clark
will be at Whitman in conference
contest.
In the Oregon Collegiate Con
ference the big game will put
Southern Oregon at Portland
State. The Portlanders pulled a
13 7 upset of Oregon Tech last
weekend. It will be the first con
ference game for Southern Oregon.
Oregon Tech will try to get back
on the winning track, playing host
to Eastern Oregon. Oregon Col
lege of Education, which downed
Eastern Oregon 34 14 last week
end, will play Pacific of the North
west Conference in an afternoon
game.
