in the shoe fashion dictionary:

The pale-foot look is still strong
fashion. However, the paleness has
been intensified and expanded. Be

More pinky-lilac colors turn up
on the fashion scene but this lime
in the shoes themselves. There are
all the new anemone colors, pinks
under the influence of lilac or
raspberry and violets so pale they
are almost gray.
