Assemblyman Louis Francis, a Sau Mateo Republican, said today he will introduce legislation Mon day to prohibit teachers from in doctrinating public school students in any doctrine that preaches over throw of government. His measure also would bar teachers from engaging in parti san political activities on campus es. He would prohibit teachers from involving students in such ac tivities. Canyonville Doctors Complete Courses Two Forest Glen Hospital doctors have recently completed post-graduate study and returned to their posts at Canyonville, reports Vir ginia Proctor, correspondent.
