The tlienie chosen by the newly
elected queen was "(lod's Little
Candle." Master Mason L. P. Me
Aneney, grandfather' of Queen
Cindy, placd large candle in
the Kasi, representing the Master
Masons who give heritage to the
Job's Daughters. On entering, each
offieer earned a candle, which
they lit from tho large candle be
fore taking their placea in a tri
angular formation facing the altar.
The installing ceremony was then
penormca.

members of the bethel.
An addendum wa.4 presented to
honor the new queen, with each
officer giving Queen Cindy a- beau
tiful red carnation, and Brooke
Young presented her with her tiara
on behalf of the line officers.
Kalhl Corkrum and Linda Klli
son assisted at the door with the
distribution of programs, while Jo
anne Stephens had charge of the
guest book. A reception and dance
followed, with music furnished by
Bill Borrher's baml. The reception
table was beautifully decorated
with red poinsetlias and tapers on
a white cloth. It was arranged by
Mrs. Koger Smith and Mrs. Rob
ert Young, the latter being a past
honored queen of Bethel U, Med
ford. Helen Benson. Call Brilt
son and Betty Lou Yundt presided
at the reception table, with several
members of the bethel assisting
with the reception.
Shower Party Is Charming Affair
Mrs. Phyllis Beamer and Infant
son, Kenneth, were complimented
at a lovely pink and blue shower
given recently by Susan Flnry and
Carol Lindbloom. Games were
played and refreshments were
served.

ron Iverson, Mrs. Frank Benson,
Mrs. Dick Sjogren, Mrs. Jerry Cur
ry, Mrs. Huss Caldwell, Miss Car
