Meth odist pastor of the Dillard-Winston Methodist Church, will be attending sessions of Methodist Conference committees scheduled for the First Methodist Church in Portland, Mon day through Wednesday. ' These sessions are the mid-year ooara meetings wnere virtually all the important plans and projected budgets are made for adoption at the major annual conference meet ings in early June.
