Terry Buchanan who is on leave from his army base at Fort Houston, Va. Those present included Mr. and Mrs. Walt McAllister, .Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Vaughn and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Walker and daugh ter and the host family. Insurance Women Hold Initiation Ruth Bradley's Oak Tree Inn was the scene of a most delightful dinner enjoyed recently by Rose burg Insurance Women when they held initiation of new members. Party Is Enjoyed The third annual New Year's Eve party of the Roseburg Rod and Gun Club was a delightful event of Saturday evening with 150 members and their guests at tending. Colorful balloons and clev er palm tree settings graced the tables. Perry Thiele was general chairman of the successful affair and was very ably assisted by members and their wives in the decorations and arrangements for the occasion. Mrs. Roy Beem Jr. was chairman of refreshments. Dancing and visiting were en joyed during the social hours. Party Enjoyed Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Young en tertained friends at a charming New Year's Eve party and buffet at their beautiful new home on SE Kane Street. The holidaymotif was artistically carried out throughout the rooms.
