(AP)-Pass-ine motorists, using t rope, res cued i truck driver Monday from tin cab of tractor-trailer dan- Klin; precariously 100 feet above the Conematigh River. A truck driven by Kenneth H. Riker, 33, of Mount Arlington, N. J., jackknifed on icy Route 22 and crashed through the support of a bridge over the river just outside this western Pennsylvania community. "All I could sea when I was falling down were stones and wat er," Riker said. "The only thing that kept me from going through the windshield was the steering wheel." Two men heard hit shouts for help. They doubled a thin rope, tied it to a guard post and dropped it to him, 20 feet below. Riker tied it around bis waist and clambered to safely. He suffered head cuts.
