Doualas Community Hospital Auxiliary will hold an Important board meeting at ID a.m. Juesuay at the hospital followed by the gen eral meeting at 10:30 a.m. A dis cussion will be held regarding the sponsoring of a series of TV health programs starting about the second week in January and also a civil defense program. The officers are urging all members to attend the meeting. Mrs. Frod Reece of Whitlier, Calif., is presently visiting here at the home of her mother, Mrs. C. E. Richardson, who is recup erating from recent surgery. Mrs. Reece. who was accompanied by her grandson, Ricky Reece, also of Whittier, is also visiting at the home of her son, Bob Recce, and her son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Reece, and daughters. It was reported that the PTA will again participate in gift wrap ping at Mark's and proceeds, will be used to purchase treats for the school children and to enlarge the organization's welfare fund. The rneeting was presided over by Mrs. Willis Coble, president. Boy Scout Troop 436 presented the colors. Members voted to be gin the sale of savings stamps in January at the Green School. The day of each week that the sale will be made will be announced later. The room count awards were won by Mrs. Hause's second grade and Mrs. Austin's fifth grade.
