0 0 too Ccn tributes To Porter Coffers ' JACKSONVILLE, Ore. (AP) Dr. Edwin Durno, Republican candidate for Congress from the 4lh District, handed a campaign contribution to his opponent, Rep. Charles 0. Porter, at a meeting Thursday night. He said it was in response to a letter he received at his home in Jledford, asking for it. Dr. Durno said the letter came from Porter's headquarters. The contribution was a $1 check. Porter endorsed it and handed it back.
