Robert (Harry) O'Nall has re sumed his work as district ply wood sales manager for Roseburg Lumber Co., after having been seriously ill of virus pneumonia for the last three weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Dal Hill and daughter. Gayle. have moved here from Salem and are residing on Sterling Drive. Hill has been trans ferred to Roseburg by the State Highway Dept. Mrs. William Blaker. Lt. Soesbe is being transferred from Yuma to the Air Force Base in Tucson to join Lt. Soesbe and make their home. Mr. and Mrs. O. N. Wallace and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Taylor lea Wed nesday, bound for Eastern Ore gon to go deer hunting. The Wal lace pickup which contained their camping equipment caught fire at Cottage Grove and had to be aban doned since both truck and equip ment were completely destroyed. The two couples continued on their way and plan to return home this weekend. The Past Noble Grands Club of Roseburg has announced postpone ment of their meeting which was to have been Oct. 13, to a week later, Thursday, Oct. 20. Ellis is a junior at Wil lamette University and is major ing in voca.1 music as a director as well as studying voice with Dean Geist, who is director of the music department This is his sec ond year of study with Geist. He also studied a summer with Leon ard Treach, director of music at Eastman School of Music in New York. Ellis is also studying the violin.
