gon, for Douglas Countv, an application for the foreclosure of the lien of all taxes shown on the Douglas County Tax Foreclosure List
for the year 1959, hereinafter set forlh in full, and that the plaintiff will apply to the court for judgment and decree foreclosing
such tax liens and cancelling all certificates of registration where such property Is under a registration of title certificate, and
for such other relief as may be just and equitable In the premises, not less than 30 days from the date of the first publica
tion of this notice, exclusive of the day of the first publication, and any and all persons interested In any of the real pronerty in
cluded in said foreclosure list are hereby required to file an answer and defense, If any there be, to such apnlication for judgment
and decree within 30 d.ivs from the date of the first publication of this notice, exclusive of the day of the first publication, which
date is the 5lh day of August, i960.
