Reuben Road on bis second pick up children on the Reuben to be made, but the routes will run. Road. i be substantially as noted above. Glendale parents are reminded, that school will open for all grades on Tuesday, Aug. 30, and classes will continue all day. The cafeteria i will be open, also, on the first day 1 of school, according to Mrs. Ger ald B. Fox, News-Review corre spondent. I One exception to the all-day rule is that of first graders who may or may not remain all day. Those who have already had their physi cal examinations may register and leave. Mothers are urged to bring the children and to slay and take them home if possible. Those who must slill have their physical ex aminations will be remaining at the school longer than the others. If possible, mothers, whose first graders have to remain through the noon hour, should buy a cafe teria ticket and cat with the child that first day. Supt. Marlen Yoder emphasized, however, that it would be better for the child to come to school on the second day, un accompanied by his or her mother. There will be some adjustment in school bus schedules because of the addition of the Upper Cow Creek area to the district. Jim Lyons, the new bus driver from Upper Cow Creek, who drove lor the Canyonville district last year, will start from the end of tiie Upper Cow Creek route, and pick up all Cow Creek children, lie will make the loop up as far as the Weischedel place, then come down past the Azalea store, and over to the main highway where ho will pick up children at the Guinan and Fisher residences before proceeding the rest of the way to the schools. Gerald Brady will start at the end of the Starveout Creek route and will pick up children until he reaches the Starveout Creek Bridge. He will then skip to Mo (line's Market and proceed up the Old Highway 99 to the Old Glen dale Junction. Walt Winklcman, driving the Quines Creek Road bus, will start at the end of the Quines Creek route and out to tiie main highway and down the Glendale Road from the junction, picking up children all the way to the school. Joe Payne, driving the Wind y Creek route will lake that road "Bud" Reynolds will pickup stu dents on the Locker Route and Tunel Road run first, then, leaving allic minerals, Junior Pitts; mixed collections of minerals, Annabcll Pitts, Roseburg.
