"I had to watch my diet for the last seven or eight years," he confides. "Those blue jeans tell all. When I was recuperating, I was told to get my weight up to 180 again. I did by eating pan cakes every morning for break fast. It was great." He leaves soon for Paris where he will make "First Train to Babylon" for his own company in conjunction with Marlon Brando's Fennebaker Productions, Brando won't be in the picture but his company owns the property. Cooper has a busy year ahead. He has two more pictures and may do a TV spectacular on "The Great West." Veterans Farm, Home Loan Show Big Profit SALEM (AP) - The Oregon veterans farm and home loan made a net profit of $1,228,281 in the year ended June 30, II. C. Saalfeld, state veterans affairs director, said Tuesday. It is the largest profit since the program started in 19-15. Earnings since then total $5.488.49.1.
