Chibas Branded Undercover Agent In U. S. For Castro MIAMI, Fla. (AP)-The widow of a Cuban army officer who died before a revolutionary firing squad says she will ask the U. S. State Dcparlment to ijsl Raul Chibas, who presided ov. r the mil itary tribunal which sent her hus band to his death. Amelia Sosa Blanco claims Chi. has, latest high-ranking Cuban to defect, actually is an undercover afient for Prime Minister Fidel Castro's regime. Chibas could not be reached for comment on her accusation. Maj. Jesus Sosa Blanco was ex ecuted in February 1959 on charges he committed at least 25 murders while a commander un der ousted dictator Fulgencio Ba tista. Chibas arrived in Florida Tues day, saying he and Castro once were like brothers but he could no longer endure the prime min ister's "obvious move toward communism." Mrs. Sosa Blanco, 38, and her three young daughters have been here since early last year. She cursed Chibas during an in terview and said he is as much a Communist as Castro.
