Bean Picking Now Underway At Garden Valley Residence By ADDIE SCHNEIDER Bean picking has begun at the Arola patch in Garden Valley. Eight large freight boxes were i picked the first day and hauled to Roseburg to be shipped to a i cannery in Woodburn. A total of 116 pickers are registered. Jubilee Attended Mr. and Mrs. H. His father and sisters and brother visited him over the past weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Ritchie will be honored with a bon-voyae pic nic at the Ray Young home Friday at 6:30 p.m. All community friends are inviled to come. The Ritchies will leave in August for Scotland.
