(AP) Presi dent Eisenhower decided to pay a visit today to the Boy Scout Jam boree near Colorado Springs, 50 miles south of Denver. Eisenhower, relaxing in Colo rado for a few days after attend ing the Republican National Con vention in Chicago, arranged to travel by automobile to the encampment of almost 57,000 scouts from all sections of the country. The vice president also disclosed that he will be introduced for his acceptance speech tonight, as the GOP presidential candidate, by New York Gov. Nelson A. Rocke feller. Nixon will speak without a text in accepting the Republican presi dential nomination tonight. This announcement was made today by his press secretary. Her bert G. Klein, who said that not even advance excerpts would be available. Nixon frequenlly has said he feels he can do his best speaking job without having to read a pre pared text.
