Aviation Workers Approve Contract NEOSHO. Mo. (API A two. year contract has been approved by employes at the Neosho plant of the Rocketdyne Division of North American Aviation. Roy Cummins, who has been in Palm Springs during the winter with his family and who spent the last couple of weeks at their sum mer place on the Rogue River, was in Roseburg the last few days at tending to business. Little Mitchell Standby. 2 year- old son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Standley of this city, was unable to leave Sacred Heart Hospital in Eueene Saturday and return here, as had been planned. Bellamy Served Strike Summons NEW YORK (API Raton Rol. lamy, president of Actors Equity Assn., was served today with a summons in a 2Vfc-million-dollar suit brought by the League of New York Theaters against the per formers union for damages suf fered in the shutdown of Broad way theaters. Bellamy, who arrived from Hol lywood Sunday, was dressed as the late President Franklin D. Roosevelt when he received the summons. He was posing for still pictures at the Roosevelt house, one of the locations tor the movie "Sunrise at Campobello," which he stars.
