FOR THE FIRST. TIME at Roseburg Senior High School; honor awards were presented by
department heads to studehts at an interesting evening affair at the school, which was
followed by the announcement of scholarship winners. This honor awards event was in
augurated by principal, Orville Bailey. Heads of the teaching staff selected winners in
their departments.
