Winchester-Wilbur PTA Has Program To Honor Founders The Winchester - Wilbur PTA met recently at Winchester School gymnasium in honor of Founder's Day. Mavis Bintliff gave a short talk on what the Oregon PTA has accomplished since it was start ed. Elsie Brnszio told about the old Wilbur PTA which has rec ords back to 1923 when mothers took turns going to the school to prepare hot lunches for the chil dren. The Wilbur and the Winches ter schools consolidated in 19115 and The Wilbur Community Club was started.
