Plans for a young artists' audi
tion were discussed by the board
of directors for the Roseburg Sym
phony Society at the home of Mrs.
Larry O. Thomas recently.
Auditions for the yoi'ng artists
are tentatively scheduled for March
20 in the Roseburg First Baptist
Church at 12:30 p.m. Three out
standing judges in the field of mu
sic will select a winner from among
the young artists entering the au
ditions. The winner will appear
with the Roseburg Symphony at
its spring concert in May.
