Community !,rebyterian Church.

speak on the theme, "Good

School. Oakland. June 4 at 2 p m.

Davis, newly elected circuit court
judge. There will bo 41 aludenta
graduating.
Congregation Maota
At a meeting of the congrega
tion of the Oakland Presbyterian
Church last Sunday, it was voted
to tear down the old church build
ing. Disposing of the old parish
hall was postponed until a later
date, with the trusteea having the
privilege of selling it.

side the membership wai left for
the session to decide.
Mrs. D. ti. Horn, living on Green
Valley Hoad, reported getting Kd
tnonton, Alberta. Canada, on her
TV set Monday afternoon. She, re
ceived a picture for about 45 min
utes on channel three.
Mr. and Mrs. O. W. Hand and
daughter. Mrs. Ernest llawn. and
baby of Bremerton. Wash . have
returned home after spending the
past week with Hano i parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hand. Thev
also visited a sister. Mrs Ed Lam
oreaux and family of Oakland and
Mrs. Hand's mother, Mrs. Ella
Jones of Suiherlin.
