findings and determinations as to what.
If any, game fuh might be taken, caught,
or angled for and of what species and
kind, and in what numbers, quantities
or bag limit, and in what places, in wnat
manner and under what regulations, and
at wiiat seasons or tunes as would not
affect injuriously the supply thereof;
and
WHEREAS ORS 4D8.295 restricting an

the Nurlh umpuua River was repealed

mendation of i he Oregon Slate Game
Commission; and
WHEREAS in the Judgment of the said
Game Commission certain areas of the

date hereof, published in the Oregon
Journal nnd the Oregon ian, two news
paper of general circulation throughout
the State of Oregon, printed and publish
ed in Portland, Multnoman County, Ore
gon; ORDERED that the findings and de
terminations of tho Oregon State Game
Commission adopted at its stated meet
ing held on January 11 and 'in, 1U;T7,
respectively, fixing and determining in
what manner and under what regulations
game fish may be taken, caught or an
