of the cold coffee. Heat remaining
coffee almost to boiling point. Add
softened gelatine and sugar and
stir until dissolved. Remove from
heat Break Ice cream into small
chunks and add to gelatine mixture.
Stir until melted. Chill until mix
ture is thickened, but not set. Fold
in mincemeat and ajpooo into pie
shell. Chill until firm.
