Attend Assembly

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Aggson and
Mr. and Mr. Frank Harrison of
Azalea returned recently from a
trip to Lo Angeles where they
attended the five-day "triumphant
kingdom assembly" of Jehovah's
witnesses, one of a series being
held in various parts of the world.
More than 36,000 persons were
present the last day. Societv
speakers were featured in news
and television interviews during
the meetings. '
From the counvention the local
couples went on to San Diego
where thev visited friends and
relatives. They returned by th
coast route.
Enter Hospital
Richard J. Wollt and Elmer
Kenncda of wolf Creek entered
the Forest Glen Hospital in Can
yonville recently for medical treat
ment. John Florence of Grants Pass,
employed by Paquin and Story,
was injured Tuesday while working
on a pump at the Robert Dollar
Mill in Glendale. A jack knife slip
ped and cut him above the wrist on
the left arm. He was treated at
the Glendale Clinic. It required
eiimt stitches.

employed at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Toolcy In Glendale.

three children, Gerry, Billy and
Dixie of Shelton, Wash., visited
overnight last Wednesday at the
home of her brother, Gerald fox
and family in Glendale.
Mr. and Mrs. True Ashlock and
son of Yates Center, Kas., arrived
in Glendale last week for an ex
tended visit with Gerald and Lew
is Ball and their families in Gle
dale.
Mrs. Ed Jackson of Glendale
was treated at the Glendale Clinic
Wednesday for blood noisoning. It
developed from a blister on her
heel.
Floyd Landrana of Wolf Creek
broke his left ankle Saturday when
he slipped and fell while fishing.
