Circuit Court of the State of Ore
Son, for Douglas County, an ap
plication for 'the foreclosure of the
lien of all taxes shown on the
Douglas County Tax Foreclosure
List for the year 1954, hereinafter
set for in full, and that the plain
tiff will aoDlv to the court for
judgment and decree foreclosing
such tax liens and cancelling au
certificates of registration where
such property is under a registra
tion of title certificate, and for
such other relief as maybe just
and equitable in the premises, not
less than 30 days from the date
of the first publication of this no
tice, exclusive of the day of the
first publication, and any and all
Dersons interested in any of the
real property included in said fore
closure list are hereby required to
file an answer and defense, if any
there be. to such application for
judgment and decree within 30
