More than two and a half tons of fine .well aged American Cheddar in
one piece-from the heart of Wisconsin's Dairyland - - that's what the
cheese lovers of Roseburg, Oregon, are going to have the opportunity to
see and buy at the City Drive-nl Market during the store's forthcoming
Cheese Festival. This Mammoth Cheddar Cheese, created especially for
City Drive-In by Steve Siudzinski of Denmark, Wisconsin, will be the
center of a display which will include all kinds, sizes and shapes of
cheese for every purpose in modern cooking. How big is a 21-ton cheese?
Well, it stands nearly five feet high, and is six feet in diameter. Another
way to describe it is that 5,000 pounds of cheese will provide about 75,000
