Notice is hereby given that at a
meeting of the Common Council of the
City of Roieburg, Oregon, held April
7, 1053, tha following resolution was
aaoptea:
RESOLVED: that the Common Coun
cil of the City of Roseburg. Oregon
deem. It expedient and necessary to
improve,
1. Reservoir Street from Terrace to
a point 25' West of the East line of
Lot 3, Block B, Flints Addition.
2. Glenn Street, from Reservoir to
the South line of Lot 6, Block 2,
Westview Addition
In the City of Roseburg. Oregon in the
following manner:
1. By grading slreet to proper sub
graae
2. By constructing concrete curbs
and gutters on both tides of said
streets.
3. By graveling the roadway and
surfacing with asphaltlc concrete
to a width of 30 feet.
4. By constructing aub drains, If
necessary.
5. By laying aewer pipe. If neces
sary. Said improvements are to be made In
accordance with tha charter and or
dinances of the CHy of Roseburg, Ore
gon and tne graae, plans, specifica
