4 to 10 per cent since the start of
the Korean War, the American
Management Association reports.
The average among the 46 indus
tries studied was five per cent.
This is compensation before
taxea. Many an executive will tell
you that after taxation, his take
home pay doesn't look that hot.
And he'll add that the cost ot living
